Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance our recruiting strategies.
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting our company culture and values through recruitment campaigns and social media outreach.

Desired Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or software industry.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for finding talent.
