Business Development Executive

Job role:

We are looking for Head of Growth to lead Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have experience of setting up teams to establish sales channels, implementing CRM and lead generation campaigns. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal. 


Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients via video calls 
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Build reports to present to company's Leadership 
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Software Industry

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Growth Head, Business Development Manager, Sales Account Executive or similar roles in Software industry 
  • Total experience of 1 to 3 years
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound) 
  • Track record of achieving sales target
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Fluency in MS Office or similar tools
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
